Purchase with total confidence knowing that you can quickly exchange or return your boots for a different size or model hassle free if they’re not to your liking or don’t fit quite right.

Here at JK we will return or exchange your boots for you, as long as they meet our Exchange and Return Criteria.

We offer one exchange per order, and boots must be in brand new condition

Don’t think the fit is right? We’ll exchange them Hassle free.

Every single pair of JK Boots are made by humans! This means that you can expect slight cosmetic imperfections consistent with a handmade process.

These include, but are not limited to, slight variances in:

Eyelet spacing

Hook spacing

Boot shaft height (L vs R)

Toe-box shape

Hard toe Shape

Sewing lines

Sewing "back-stitches”

Edge trimming

Outsole placement

Outsole stitching

Cosmetic appearance (leather texture, color, leather veins, minor scuffs)

Heel height (L vs R)

We do not warranty boots damaged by fire, natural elements, chemicals or wear. Assessment of the repair will be made by inspection and the responsible party determined. JK will repair any boot, that by inspection, is a result of material or workmanship flaws within 6 months from the date of purchase.

To exchange, simply:

-Place your boots back in the original box with a completed Exchange/Return form, found inside the original box upon arrival

-Ship back to JK Boots Facility, purchasing your own label at your carrier of choice.

Quick Rules for exchanges:

-Boots must be in Brand new/Unworn Cond. (Unworn outdoors, No scuffs, Dirt, Heavy Creases)
-Exchange Arrival back to JK Boots facility within 14 days of original delivery to customer
-Exchange form completed and inside box

Builder in northern vermont
I got my super dutys about a week ago, I have O.T. pros for general work and forefronts for roofing and summer time, the superdutys I just got I use for tending my beef cows and at work building large dairy barns here in tip top of Vermont, each has pair of jks has its own special use and I just love the comfort.
Before jks I was buying 3-5 pairs of boots per year just to have boots that were not ripped out.
I can promise anyone that if you try jk boots you will not go back to the rat race of commercially sold garbage ... jks are the best most comfortable, durable boots that you can still wear to a nice dinner after work.... and trust me.... you will!

JK Super Duty’s are just simply outstanding!
Honestly, from the first time I got fitted to when I got my Super Duty’s, it was only two weeks unbelievably. I had questions putting in my order online and went back to the local JK boots store nearest me in Tempe, Arizona for help. Unbeknownst to me, there was an exact size and style of Super Duty’s that immediately caught my eye and fit me nearly perfectly. A size 8/6E VERY custom 10” Super Duty lace to toe composite toe in gray and black leather both rough out that just was a match made in heaven. I feel VERY lucky to have been in the right place and time to get my first pair of JK Super Duty’s. My wife immediately bought them for me after I tried them on and I walked out with my insanely custom JK Super Duty’s on. I have had them for about 3 weeks now and I love them every time I lace them up. I don’t even think I need to break them in as I have had to with other steel toe/composite toe boots. I absolutely love my Super Duty’s and will definitely be adding more JK boots to my collection! I am a welder that definitely has over protected feet now.

Awesome boots
They are the sturdiest, best built and best looking boots I've ever owned. I was concerned about ordering such an expensive pair of boots online, but the fit guide worked well. I have wide feet and was really worried about the width being the problem (as it usually is). When I first got them, the fit was foreign at best. I wore them around the house for a few hours at a time. I decided that the fit "would probably work" so I trusted the process and oiled them and started wearing them outside working. The first day I wore them outdoors working and on a hike for 4 hours and they felt great! Can't say enough about these boots so far!

Nice boots
My boots showed up way ahead of schedule ready to work. Fit and finish were both excellent and spot on. The boots were comfortable right out of the box. Customer service was excellent to deal with back and forth while we dialed in my size by phone and email. I will definitely purchase another set of boots from JK in the future.
