O.T. Bison (Smooth)
An American emblem, the Bison, thrives in the most extreme conditions. The famously soft hide moves with you across forests and plains, giving you increased agility and comfort wherever you roam.
The O.T. boot is possibly our most versatile boot design to date. O.T. stands for “Over-Time” meaning this hybrid work boot is not just meant for the "clock-in-and-out" days, but for the long hours, varied conditions, and last-minute hiking trips. The dual sport design offers an exceptional balance of agility, comfort, and support, making them the perfect choice for city or mountain terrain.
The O.T. is lighter and more flexible than our Superduty but still tough as nails. Born in the heart of the northwest, sourced and handmade entirely in America, these all-purpose boots keep you moving anywhere, anytime.
Each set of O.T. boots is meticulously handcrafted in our Spokane, WA facility using only the highest-grade American bison leather, NFPA rated materials, Vibram 100 Honey soles, and stitchdown construction. This attention to detail means your JK work boots are built to keep you comfortable and safe around the clock no matter what the situation.
We are not intimidated when the road ends. We will build our own.

WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT
JK's handmade leather boots are unlike anything you have put on your feet before. Because we use the highest quality materials and construction, your boots will form to your feet over time, for the perfect fit.
Your boots may feel a little stiff or strange at first, and that is completely normal. The leather will settle to your feet: stretching, where there is tightness, and shrinking up where there is extra room. The insoles will form to your arches and toes, and the boots will soften and mold to your foot and calf.
Wear with a good pair of socks, trust the break in process, and enjoy a whole new level of footwear!
Brief history with JK Sizing
We are continuing to improve sizing experience for new customers based on current customer feedback to achieve the best results.
From our early days, JK Boots has been on a journey to improve our products, systems, customer experience, and methods. We never want to settle for good enough, we always want to get better!
As of March 2023, based on the market research, specialist consultation and customer feedback, we have updated our sizing method and chart, in order to increase the ease and simplicity in finding the best size for you.
This includes:
• Offering a larger variety of letter Widths
• Simplifying Boot Length determination Via the US Brannock device and Standard U.S Sizing
• Offering the Ball width Measurements chart
• Adding a printable Brannock Device & Tape Measure
• Adding a conversion Calculator
How Much Toe Room Should My Boots Have?
•Our "standard" toe room is based off of what we typically recommend–giving you about a thumb's width of space between your toe and the end of the boot. This leaves plenty of room for your foot as the leather settles, and shrinks back (curling the toes slightly) over time. With that in mind, everyone is different. You know your feet best, and should pick what sounds good to you, like if you know you have sensitive toes, go with a roomy fit, or if you prefer less material up front, than go with the snug fit.
How Wide Should My Boots Be?
Our boots are built to provide incredible support and comfort for extended periods of time, almost like a firm handshake. We have five widths to choose from (D (narrow), E (regular), EE (medium), 3E (wide), and 5E (Xtra-Wide), so simply select what sounds right.

Absolutely love these boots. Ordered in stock boots received them about five days later. stitching and build is incredible. Everything looks perfect. Break in took only a couple days was not bad at all. Boots feel better everyday. Trust the print out sizing guide. Realized all my boots were to small before. I’m a 10.5 eee and my feet have never felt better. These boots are absolute tanks. I’ve already climbed and taken down some trees, did some landscaping and when on a couple hikes. You can throw everything at these boots! Can’t wait to order a pair of custom super duties next for Father’s Day.

great boots. got these ot pros for everyday workboots and for hiking. they were very comfortable right out of the box. the main difference between new and broken in some is the leather insoles. you can feel where the thick leather transition is when you first start wearing them. after a while this goes away as the soles breakin. the boots can feel a little hot if you wear thick wool socks. when i switched to thinner wool socks, they are warm but my feet dont start to sweat even after a few hours of hiking. Great boots will get another pair so i have a spare available when i need to get resoles . good job jk boots.

Couldn’t be any happier with my purchase. Extremely comfortable to wear for 12 hours with no foot fatigue breaking wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be for my first pair of Pacific Northwest boots. Extremely impressed with the craftsmanship.

Got the new OT brown gw weeks ago, fit perfectly. But the first few days were like wearing ski boots, the leather was so thick ( in a good quality way) that I have some hard time walking around. But after a few hours of walking and moving around the leather started to loosen up and the fit just gets better day after day. Can’t beat that satisfying feeling of a pair of high quality boots gradually becoming a natural part of your feet. Highly recommended. Can’t wait to get a second pair.
