Great work on my boots, communication could be better.
The warranty work on my boots was excellent—they came back promptly for requiring a full resole.
I think JK could improve communications with warranty customers.
I had to follow up 2 times with my case to check on the status of my boots regarding shipping. It would have given me a lot of peace of mind to receive an e-mail when my boots arrived to JK. I love those boots and was worried they could get lost in the mail when I didn’t hear from JK upon delivery. It would also have been great to receive a call or message about what repairs were needed and what the turnaround time was like. It ended up being just a couple weeks, but I was in the dark about the timeline and ended up buying a new pair of cheaper work boots because I didn’t know when my JK’s would be back.
Excellent product and craftsmanship, and the warranty work exceeded expectations.
