300 - Redwood

I've had my JK 300 composite toe for just over 3 months and I absolutely love them, they are definitely my casual day-to-day riding boots. I just recently got my JK Forefronts composite toe and let me tell you these things are built like a F-450. I did two years worth of research before I bought my 300s and then 3 months later I bought the forefronts. If you're contemplating making the purchase, just do it and well thank yourself.

I work as a mechanic for a John Deere dealer in northeast Iowa. From climbing on agricultural equipment and being on concrete to trudging through the uneven sometimes wet freshly harvested corn fields, I needed something that I could be sure footed and comfortable, but also give me good ankle support. The 300x in black was the choice I made. The sizing guide worked perfectly and the quality is unmatched. I put these boots to the test after a day of wearing them around the house for a few hours. Now I find them as my go to for almost everything that I do. Highly recommend. And definitely worth the wait. When it comes to footwear why go cheap? From now on it’s JK boots or nothing else.

I am waiting for two pairs of OT boots to be made for me. In the meantime I got these 300 boots while they were in stock. So I could test the fit and see what I should be expecting. I’m now in the process of tossing out most of my tennis shoes because I can’t take these off my feet! They were snug out the box, and tight over my instep. After two weeks around the house and a few days outside, they fit like a glove! My standard shoes size is a 11.5, and width is 9 7/8s. I used their system and got the recommended size. 10.5 D and the fit is just about perfect after they have broken in. These are now my new every day boots. The unruly tongue is so soft and conforming it’s almost like it’s not there. The arch support and foot bed start out very hard at first then become so soothing and comfortable. You can wear these everywhere! I have dressed these up and down. I need more colors! And would love some shorter and taller sizes! Love these things! I've had redwing, thorogood, timberland pros, redbacks and more. All great boots but these are top of the line. Very comfy on concrete floor the wedge sole holds up well walking on hot metal shavings all day. They've also kept my feet perfectly dry working in our flooded boiler room a few months back. Add some generation laces and Obenaufs heavy LP and your in business. Great work guys!
